Material durability at trading scale — contract-grade upholstery, hospitality timber finishes, brassware rated for kitchen environments, surfaces that respond well to commercial cleaning.

Acoustic treatment specified by the room volume and the expected service noise. Lighting layered for lunch, dinner, and post-trade. The venue holds five years after opening — the kind of result hospitality fit-out at this standard is structured for.
