The brief was distinctive: the customer is professional, time-pressured, and judges the venue against high-density city competition. The interior had to communicate quality before the first conversation began, support service at lunch peaks, and read different at evening trade. Every layer of the brief calibrated to those service patterns. A hospitality concept at the standard the location demands.
