These terms and conditions govern your use of the toneinteriors.co.uk website and the interior design services provided by TONE INTERIORS LTD (Company No. 13504745) ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide interior design services as described on our website. All work is subject to a separate written or verbal agreement detailing the specific scope, materials, timeline, and cost.

3. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. All prices are quoted in GBP and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional work discovered during a project will be communicated and agreed with you before proceeding.

Every quotation, cost estimate, invoice, scope of works and design agreement we issue is issued by TONE INTERIORS LTD (Company No. 13504745) and is governed by these terms and by any written agreement we sign with you. TONE INTERIORS LTD is the only business that issues our paperwork. If any document we issue refers to the terms of any other business, trading name or company, that reference is a clerical error, has no effect, and these terms apply in its place.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed on a per-project basis. We may require a deposit before work commences. Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply if materials have already been ordered or work has commenced.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in all work we undertake. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and logos — is owned by TONE INTERIORS LTD (Company No. 13504745) or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

Our designs, drawings, specifications, schedules, mood boards, 3D visuals and cost estimates are our copyright. When a quotation or invoice says "copyright reserved", that is what those words mean. Once you have paid in full, you may use our designs for the project they were made for. You may not copy them, pass them to another designer or contractor, or use them for another project without our written consent.

8. Photographs of Finished Projects

We arrange and pay for professional photography of our finished projects. Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 the photographer owns the copyright in those photographs unless the photographer has signed the copyright over in writing. We hold a licence from the photographer to use the photographs to show our work, including on our website, in our portfolio, on social media, in printed material, and in awards and press entries.

Where we agree to, we give you copies of the photographs so you can promote your own venue or property. Copies are supplied for your use only. Supplying copies does not transfer copyright, and neither does any discount, credit, free item or other allowance shown on a quotation or invoice. We never sell, assign or transfer copyright in project photographs. A transfer of copyright can only happen by a separate written document signed by the copyright owner. Owning or occupying the premises shown in a photograph gives no right over the photograph.

Where our written agreement with you says when and what we may photograph and publish, that agreement applies alongside this section.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content. We reserve the right to modify the website at any time without notice.
